Inclusive Leather Craft Workshop

When facing various challenges at work, do you sometimes need to step outside the box and experience an “alternative classroom” for career development? Join the leather craft workshop organized by the Jockey Club Kwai Hing Career Development Centre right away! Company staff and service users with disabilities will interact together — learn new skills while putting inclusion into practice, and rediscover the potential of our service users!

Workshop Details

• Duration: 2 hours of immersive experience
• 12 service users serving as assistant instructors, personally sharing their experience and providing guidance
• Led by service users: sharing the joy and challenges of leather cutting and stitching
• Simulate real learning scenarios of service users and experience the process of skill accumulation
• Make a leather small accessory together and enjoy the pleasure of progress
• Take home your own handmade leather craft as a memorable keepsake
• Staff-led sharing session to deepen understanding of “diverse career growth”
