Many sheltered workshops are located right in various districts, yet we tend to just pass by the door without a second thought... and then, nothing more. Different people hold different associations, prejudices, and preconceptions about them 💭

Join our Inclusive Experience Workshop and personally step into the workplace and training environment of our members — the sheltered workshop! Through a series of inclusive activities, participants not only enjoy the fun of the process but also gain a deeper understanding of our members’ daily work and training, putting the理念 of an inclusive society into practice 🫶

Workshop Content:

• Learn about the centre’s development journey from its establishment to its modern engineering upgrades 🏗️
• Led by our baristas, enter the dedicated coffee space to experience our members’ daily training and stories firsthand — chat, interact, and enjoy coffee freshly made by our members ☕️
• Simulate packaging and processing tasks under restricted physical conditions to personally feel the meaning and challenges involved 👨🦽
• Step into a world filled with delightful scents of handicrafts; create your own unique handmade items together with our handicraft instructors and members 🎨
• Guided by our social workers, share feelings and reflections with fellow participants 🫂

Workshop Details：

Location: G/F, Die Yi House, Butterfly Estate, Tuen Mun, New Territories

Participants: 10 years old or above (suitable for groups and schools)
Price: HK$120 per person (group size: 8–24 people)
Duration: Approximately 100 minutes
