i-CAN CAFÉ Coffee Inclusion Workshop

Step into the world of coffee and experience the joy of brewing!

Use a professional commercial semi-automatic espresso machine to fully understand the complete espresso brewing process. Learn the essentials of milk steaming and frothing, as well as the basic techniques of latte art etching and pouring. Personally craft 3–4 different coffee beverages, unleash your creativity, and create your very own coffee art.

Workshop Content

• Operation of espresso machine (dose, grind size, extraction time, crema)
• Introduction and hands-on preparation of the following coffees: • Espresso • Americano • Café Latte • Cappuccino
• Basic milk frothing & latte art techniques Detailed guidance on milk temperature, foam texture, pouring point, height, speed, flow, and foundational patterns.

The workshop is led by a professional barista and assisted by centre members of diverse abilities, embodying the spirit of inclusion.

Class Options & Pricing

1. Group / School Experience
• Age: 11 years old or above
• Price: HK$2,200 per group (10 participants)
• Duration: approx. 120 minutes
2. Parent-Child Experience
• One parent + one child (8 years old or above)
• Price: HK$1,400 per group (8 participants / 4 parent-child pairs)
• Extra participant: HK$150 per person (materials included)
• Each coffee must be completed jointly by the parent-child pair
• Duration: approx. 120 minutes
